A writer needs readers, as you say.

Blogging is the first step, submitting the second ... it's a work in progress!

My Unpublished LifeUnpublishedlifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11347038417654733331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9052453698252224336.post-61381035393131058742011-09-08T15:51:58.312+02:002011-09-08T15:51:58.312+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Unpublishedlifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11347038417654733331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9052453698252224336.post-63542664219851257482011-09-05T21:03:44.774+02:002011-09-05T21:03:44.774+02:00Writing for yourself has a purpose, definitely. After a rather long career as a romance writer I decided I wanted to write different novels and also non-fiction. It's a jungle out there and I'm having a lot of trouble getting myself established in these different fields. I submit and submit and submit, and then I get fed up and don't send out anything for a long time.

I was spoiled, of course, having one publisher (Harlequin) before who published all my 30 plus novels, and now I basically have to start over and I get discouraged.

It's time to get started submitting again. Your post just gave me that additional nudge I needed. So, deep breath, here we go again!Miss Footloose | Life in the Expat Lanehttp://www.lifeintheexpatlane.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9052453698252224336.post-41968829456277244952011-09-05T19:30:59.329+02:002011-09-05T19:30:59.329+02:00Yikes!
