That bowl, like almost all of my dishes, is from prizegiving. Here in Botswana at the end of the year the schools have prize givings where bright kids are given prizes.Since books are very expensive here the common prizes are dishes. My giant teenagers have always done well at school and I've never had to buy dishes. HA!
Miriam as I write this a copy of Kwaito Love is jetting towards Israel- I like the idea of that!
